Ohh you have a RUclips channel too! ^^ What a cool neon design. Is this a tooth brush? How does it work? I was looking for ways to apply glitter and I haven't seen this technique before :)
Thank you! Yes it is a kids toothbrush, I just pull my thumb over the toothbrush with white watery paint on to make it look like a sky with stars. For glitter I use the nozzle bottle and poof some glitter on while the paint still hasn't dry,, it is perfect!
