okay, this song is from a male prospective! I'm female so I love the romantic storyline. I love Beecher and Keller's love. I didn't watch all of OZ, in fact, the main reason I started watching was because of the good looking James Robinson. However, Tobi and Chris's love story got me hooked to the last episode which broke my heart.

I mean, I’d accept this as headcannon. There is no proof that Legolas had feelings for Tauriel beyond that he stares darkly at her when she’s talking to Kili, and Legolas spends most of his time staring off in weird directions anyway, and that line about “he does not command my heart,” and we all know Legolas is super dramatic and is willing to die for his best friends at the drop of a hat “You would die before your stroke fell.” So it’s highly possible he just considered Tauriel as his best friend/little sister.

I have watched quite a lot of Thorin videos lately where there was beautiful music and a beautiful dwarf😉, but there was little or no connection between the song and the chosen scenes.
