you saw many videos on youtube telling you that hard resetting your earbud 3 lite will fix this issue, but you try it many times and it did not fix it, yes, it does not fix it, you need to pair the headphones to each other to fix this,
this is how to do it,
put the headphones in the box, and the LEDs will light, then you need to take them out of the box, now tap them both at the same time for 7 times or more, now put them back in the box, take them out again, and pair them to your phone,
