Hi I'm Dave living in Melbourne Australia. After having a few friends request recipes from me I thought hmmm this could be a blog worthy idea. I am not sure if I am necessarily a good cook, but am certainly up for the adventure of discovering something new.
Each of these recipes takes about 10 - 15 hours by the time I have planed cooked filmed edited and written it up (all done be one person).

Every part of Europe seems to have a version of the Crostoli pastries each with their own name, in the US they are called "Angel wings". Bon Appetito mate! Yes, reduce the amount of flour you use. But otherwise you got it figured out! The Polish people make something very similar and call them Crusciki. You can use the same dough as you did here to make struffoli - they look like little chick peas, coated with honey. just roll the dough into "snakes" and cut them into little balls and fry them up, then warm the honey and drizzle over them and sprinkle with non pareils (sprinkles, confetti, etc. so many names for the same thing!)

Hahaha! I've made better Italian Crostoli Pastry and I'm not even Italian descendent. You ran your dough threw the pasta machine way to many times and you used to much flour.
