In this video, I am gonna talk about the criteria for getting an A* in the Olevel Gcse Islamiat paper. Before recording this video for the Olevel Islamiat paper I have done deep research and checked the grade threshold for many islamiat Gcse papers, therefore I found around 31 marks for each paper. Meaning that you have a window of 19 marks in each exam paper in the Olevel Islamiat GCSE paper.
Furthermore, I have talked about the method in effectively performing your paper regarding the time. Also if you are a week in islamiat and leave around 18 marks paper in each islamiat paper you can still easily score A* in Islamiat level GCSE paper. Thus don't lose hope and don't ...

The threshold is different every year. Your exam will be graded according to the threshold. Regardless, prepare the entire syllabus and don't leave anything out. Aim for a distinction.

@@WatchingYTChecknoo they post thresholds after grading. The threshold is based on how many kids scored how many marks and the. threshold is decided accordingly. it's slightly different every year

yeah like my friend gave a mock paper for islamiyat paper 1, she got 30 marks and got a c grade and mostly marks and grades are written for each paper on the internet. this year m/j islamiyat the threshold was high and those got A* were the ones with 48 above marks and till 48 to i think 45-44 got A or smth like that. @@hamzahaider9636
Cambridge grading is not fixed. When a paper is harder the threshold drops

False as A* is at 69 percent and you cannot get a very correct paper without any mistakes at that point you are smart enough to also time managr in which case why watch this video.
It was at 69 this year last year it was around 62. But yes i agree with the point that this method isn't reliable

Tip don't follow this. I wanted an A in islamiyat and so I targeted 55-60 when I was practicising and ended up getting a C grade. But to be fair I got a B in paper 1 and a C in p2 so I ended up with a high C. so I got around 40+. I also only started studying 1 month before my caies. I got a U in my mocks. My school didn't allow me to do it in may june so I had to do it in oct/nov 2022.

Threshold never remains the same first of all, Second DO NOT BELIEVE THIS SHIT, i would recommend do the questions you know first and then come back to the other ones but do not leave anything and from my experience idk why but i wasted alot of time doing the first questions in both papers, Try to complete them timely and practice time management but do not believe this.
do 10 mark questions first, then 4 and then at the end do quranic passages or ahadith

Don't misguide the students The marking is not easy by the CAIE examiners;they usually credit very strictly.Attempt the full paper and then after all the markings you can secure a good grade;if you just attempt only 62% of the paper you will get a very bad grade
