Maybe someone can help me? I am looking for the intro of a mod. I remember it having unusually high quality for a mod intro, and in one scene there were tanks driving through high grass. And it had epic music. I can't find it anymore.

The way the music comes back when the LMG Jeep lands again, omfg. And the guy getting shot in the crotch at the stairs. I watched this intro so many times waiting for my brother to come and help me login to play multiplayer. Always played the oil refinery map in singleplayer and missiled this building in the intro with the chopper.

in singleplayer mode, you could become commander and micro-manage 3 squads from satellite view. game was fps + real-time strategy + air and armored warfare all at the same time. on foot you could request ride, and nearby vehicle would stop if they had room. as a squad leader you could make your team follow or assign tasks. they would plant c4 in points, plant mines and all that. insane AI features looking back now.

i remember playing this game way to much. the gameplay was just awesome. nothing is even getting close these days with them fricking "hero" classes. and how can i not mention the modded version of BF2? lmao stunt mod is the first one that springs to mind.... flying a jet trough places you should not be flying them... unfortunatly i have lost all footage of those things. sad part is, my very first video i ever made was released way back on google video with the stunt mod, i lost the original footage... sigh.... if only i could get it back somehow :/

This was one of the best Battlefield games ever. Those newer Michael Bay type battlefield games didn't have the lifespan of BF2 by far.

And 99% of everything you see here actually was in the game. 😂

This intro is the real deal is everything you will experience. The music the atmosphere everything is serious and immersive even with that graphics. Fantastic intro... something like this will never be seen again
