THIS IS A VERY NICE PRODUCT, HOWEVER, IT IS FROM CHINA. AMAZON WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN IT AND YOU HAVE TO PAY TO RETIRN IT TO CHINA!!! I ORDERED 2. SECOND BOX WAS MISSING PARTS AND I DIDN'T HAVE THE SAPC3 TO STORE IT. AFTER CALLING COUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAS TOLD THEY COULD SEND THE MISSING PARTS BUT IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT MESURING MY SPACE!!! THEN I WAS TOLD I MIGHT GET A REFUND THEY WILL EMAIL THERE UNDER A DIFFRENT COMPANY NAME!!! IT GOES ON.... BUT IN SHORT, IM STUCK WITH THIS 2ND RACK AND NO REFUND

Do you sell additional parts for your various systems, such as additional hangar poles, etc? I am interested in the L40, but instead of two short hangar poles on the bottom, I want two long hangar poles, similar to the ones the L40 system has at the top.

Is it metal? Sturdy for heavy construction pants and jackets?

Placement of vlips is vaguas far as where to put them. Fo they all go in the double motch on the rod? Otherwise the video is great. If you just had written instructions I would have returned it.
