If youre having trouble using addons/making a map, I kid you not, running around until you find an orb is WAY less stressful... Just pick up one when you see it and take random turns/turns you think you havent taken yet, youll get it done in no time :)

I had an area where a room was blocked off, but the room next too it was open to go to the blocked off room, so is that a Teleport Room? or am i missing something?

When I've first discovered the concept behind this maze I thought it would be very easy to do with a simple plan. When I've realised there is a trap room teleporting you randomly I changed my strategy. Two choice were offered to me : 1) I could try to identify the trap room (going back to the previous room each time I enter a new one to check if I've been tp or not). Then I would be able to do a reliable map. It would be efficient but very very laborious to make and very time consuming. 2) I could do the YOLO version : Run, run, run, as soon as you see an orb you take it and prey to find the corresponding rune soon after. This require another kind of patience because you have no clue how far of your goal you are (contrary to making a map). Of course, I've chosen the second option. "What do you want, struggling to make a perfect map of the maze that could take hours and become fake if you mess up with just one room or just patiently run ? If there are only 64 rooms you'll end up to the one you need sooner or later." Clean in 1 hour and 36 minutes.

Gratz ! I went with paper cause the addon was bugged in prepatch and not working so well considering the facts presented below. - The map is in 3D - there are multiple layers organized like a tower; - Some layers can resemble to each other and have only minor differences - can have few extra rooms or different turns in certain points; - there can be same rune or orb color in multiple layers; - there are 2 types of teleporters : *type 1 - random (dont know for sure if it teleports on same layer) - I sugest that after each room, you go back and see if you get ported back in same place from where you started or you get in another place - Do this at least for rooms that are near a reference point (RUNE or ORB); If you find any, mark it and never go there; *type 2 - to another layer (explained below); - you can find out when an exit teleports to another layer following this steps: * if you get 2 rooms (ROOM 1 north and ROOM 2 south) in a row on vertical direction, both with same openings (left for example), the rooms from those openings are also next to each other and you can do the following : ** you go left in ROOM 1 and see if there is an opening to right in the new room (ROOM 3), then you go back to ROOM 1 and proceed to ROOM 2 (you go up); ** you go left in ROOM 2 and see if there is an opening to left in the new room (ROOM 4); ** in most cases, both openings (right in room 3) and (left in room 4) will be blocked by rubbles; - If any of them is clear and the other one is blocked that means that there is a teleporter to another layer on the clear side. - That follows the principle that you cant walk from one room to another if there are stones on the entrace of second room. - The things that will confuse you the most, will be the layers that resemble to each other. - You must map all layers and find the connections between them by testing and exploring the rooms you found by the method i explained. - Dont start moving the orbs to the runes before you mapped all runes and orbs, and try to do them in an order so you can keep your reference points; - If you clear some runes and you teleport out (mage teleport at least) and you dont log out it seems the progress is kept. The runes will still appear, but orbs will not - i did a fail attempt cause of this, i've searched the orbs for a few hours :) - You have to leave the room after you put the last orb. I spent 6 hours trying to use a map add-on. No luck. I gave up and started running around aimlessly and completed in 3 minuets no joke.

I tried chaos method, got to 4/5 and then after 2 hours of not finding anything but the last rune, I found one I had already done....and then another....so either you can't go afk at all, or they respawn.

Don’t listen to this. Literally just run through as many as you can. Mapping takes wayyyy longer

When I got teleported I couldn’t find my way back how do I do that

Your method of mapping really helped me out! As soon as you said there are different floors it made a huge difference. When I saw the map going crazy I knew it was a different floor and I would get another paper and layer the mapping process. However the last 2 I had to just run around until I found. 2 hours later my brain hurt so bad that I was about to give up and accidentally ran into the room I needed. Thanks for the tip.

I did it in 1h and half with my own strategy, the painted map you got is absolute useless because its completely random for each player enter this halls. Everyone has to create his own map

Lol. Man, this was a pita and I finished it without a map or anything. Took me about 3 1/2 hours. I ran around blindly until I found an orb. Then I ran around until I found the matching runes. I cursed, I cried and in the end I turned into a zombie just randomly running into rooms. And the worst part is, I didn't realize that this was the maze so, I thought I still had to do the maze. Lol.

My gametime ran out 2months ago and i started doing this the last day. Lost my mental health. Bought some new gametime today and will try this again using ur method.. hope it works 😩

I tried the map way. I got a yuge! Pad of art paper and hand lined in a grid with a ruler.. started a fresh maze run bent on mapping it all efficient like, was doing great 👍🏻 and then 10 minutes into mapping got lost I think after the first portal sent me to a random room, so I backtrack right? No big deal it’s gonna take me back to the room I was just Last in, that I MAPPED ON MY YUGE GRID?! Nope! new room.. so I tossed my grid aside, found an orb room (Green) and proceeded to randomly walk around until I found the green Altar. Oh you will find the other colored orb rooms and Altars, but you will eventually find your correct Altar. The key is to not be too methodical, the Portal rooms are actually helpful to you doing it this way because perseverance and your randomness and the portals will lead you to getting your fives Altar/orb matches, just do em one at a time, stay patient it’s not as terrible as anyone that’s raged about it thus far has made it out to be. Took me a little over and hour of random wandering, best of luck!

this one sucked..didnt show how to make a map, just explained your own map. A video going into the endeless halls and show how you made the map would be much more helpful

Dont' need a map, i'm pretty sure i had this map. took me about an hour with no map just running around in one direction until the halls wouldn't let me go that way anymore then picked another direction. so on....

What software program was used to map this?

If you log out before you finish does it reset?

I hate to burst anyone's bubble here, but there's a much simpler, quicker way to complete this. My memory is awful and the idea of physically mapping out routes made me want to scoop my eyes out with a rusty spoon. I simply kept making right turns...i.e. take the door on the right... if that door is blocked, take the NEXT door on the right. Always turn right and hug the wall til u hit a door u can go through. I took note when i passed a rune color i had not yet gotten so i could return to it by making all LEFT turns (backtracking). I'm not sure I'm explaining this very well but it worked amazingly well and i don't think i spent more than 30-40 minutes in the maze.

When I did this I didn't realize that there were teleportation rooms or separate levels. I just thought I kept messed up somewhere in the map, I guess I was luck to be able to do it in around 2 hours. >o<

Your tips, combined with the addon made this (relatively) easy for me. Took about 1 hour to complete. Thank you!
