Didn't see any wolves or any sign of them. I'm sure that will change in the coming years. Did see bear sign.

Double wrapping with foil is the key. First layer gets rid of the ash and keeps it off your potato.

If you don't keep track of the time you sure will. Just like leaving them in the oven too long.

We were using the 30 LW and it handled the big Halibut well

This was his first time fishing, needed some serious coaching. But, then he catches a 109 lb halibut later in the day. Go Figure ...... beginners luck I guess.

Hey Charles, We have anywhere from 5 to 12 depending on the year and everybody's shedules. This trip we had 8 in the group. This year we have 10 going. Trying a different area, so it will be mostly a learning process all over again.

I can understand that. But on this video the wind noise had the same affect.

Could very well be. We've been going 3rd season for about 12 years this same area. Been doing the annual hunt since 1997. Good luck this year!

@@manartcreations7342 thanks! You as well! I think my dad and uncles have been going for around 12-15 years now. This will be my 4th time up there. Me and my brother each got a bull last year out of the same herd. We lucked out and they were standing side by side when we shot them. Was pretty exciting

That's awesome. And, it's a memory you'll always have with your brother. My dad and I had that opportunity about 5 years ago but his hearing is so bad I couldn't get him to understand which bull to shoot. So, I got one and he just watched his walk off into the trees.

Lots of elk around Pagosa Springs. If you catch the weather right it can be great. Snow will get em on the move. Jeep problems, I've had a few of those over the years. All part of the adventure I guess

@@manartcreations7342 I remember ran that pass 3 times in my Gladiator and you are absolutely correct eyes on the trailer at all times!

4ft high standard 5 strand barbed wire fence on three sides. One neighbor has high fenced (8ft net wire)one side.
