The truck driver is at fault, I live in the hills indeed trucks need more space to turn but even in heavy turns they do not require that much space to turn, in Nagaland it is very hilly with heavy turns but a truck and car can turn at the same time even in small space and turning. The truck driver did not even hesitate to stop and intentionally crushed the bike, it was possible to stop even fully loaded as the road was not that uphill.
