Watching this 2 years later😃.... I am not a fan of open kitchen and honestly this one is quite small for those who already own fridges, standalone cookers (Also I don't like fridge being at the sitting room). For 2BR my priorities are spacious sitting room, bedrooms esp one of them that can fit queen size bed, the other can fit adult size bed(guest room) not just for children, have natural light so that I do not use bulb lighting during the day, kitchen to be bigger than the ones shown & have several cabinets top & bottom, I have grown to love balconies; so would like that too & be at the 1st or 2nd floor high.
