Yea its true what u said in the video. Lich, nashor, rabadons spike is so much damage and allows me to snowball and carry with ekko from like minute 20-25 depending when i get them. Also scales insane and nashor tooth with hob procs passive in like 0.5 secs and leaves no room for adc to react.

After some more testing I still think it's good but definitely is still situational. I would still build lich bane first going for alternator component. If you back on enough gold for belt but are a few hundred off lich it feels better to just go with the belt for the spike. Instead of having components and having to back in another 3-4 camps for full lich. Let me know what you've been building thanks for watching.
