What an absolutely spectacular place to visit! The exquisite architectural design of Asian art is something I love and it’s great having everything represented here in one enormous place. I really loved this tour!
It really is a highlights package of Thailand’s architecture, religion and history all rolled into one.
seems like it would take several days to really take it all in especially with the heat.

He most definitely is although maybe the north is cooler… and in the south you are always by the beach but Bangkok is has only two temperatures hot and hotter 😂🤣

Matt, there is a wonderful National Geographic special using drones and space technology to sift thru archaeological evidence exposing so much previously unknown information about the Great Wall. Takeaways include that it's 13,000 miles long, long enough if stretched out to cover half the globe. This is because it dates back to 220 bc the waring states period, when Qin unified them and China came into existence and he declared himself the first emperor. Then it was expanded to not only protect militarily but mostly the silk road connecting China to all points westward. The wall was expanded by the Hans to protect the route and therefore China's wealth. Then, the Ming dynasty expanded it to what we now recognize as today. Thought of you when I was realizing the new information ...

Wow I only got to visit the Dingling Tomb when I visited. Have you been there and to the Changling tomb?
Sorry Matt, i cannot recall proper names after some 20 years. But I can recognize architecture sometimes to know where I am. You might consider a visit to the new summer palace outside Beijing...marble boat, lake, pavilions, covered bridge etc. And in Bejing there are the ruins of the original summer palace destroyed in 1860 by the western expeditionary force. Not usually shown to tourists.
@diannewheatleygiliotti8513 I was lucky enough to go to the Summer Palace… it was huge and everyone was out skiing on the lake
