Welcome to Trying Not To Work. The channel is about cars, bikes and anything with an engine. Cleaning them, restoring them, driving them and enjoying them. It is not about doing nothing, but doing something that you love instead. I've spent over 37 years working behind a desk and having recently been made redundant, I realised now is the time to focus on stuff that feeds my soul, and hopefully, inspire my 4 children to do the same.

In today's video I detail a BMW 135i that is at least 11-12 years old. I had a few issues with the underside of the bonnet and wheels, but all good things come those who persevere.

In our latest video, we transform a neglected 2011 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Quadrifoglio from a bit of an ugly duckling into something more serene. After 6 hours, the car was returned to almost showroom condition and is now protected from Sydney's harsh elements. Nice video ! What dilution of VB did you use ? It was really foamy ...
Only around 20-30 ml per litre of water. It's a great pre-wash.
@@tntw23thats what I use. But is doesn't foam like yours. my car is white so maybe you see it better on your dark paint... I also have labocosmetica primus 2.0. It disolves dirt better than VB. And it is very versatile. Can use it in sprayer, foam and in bucket hand wash. It is a little bit more expensive. Ph11. Weaker pH but more efficient. I like VB a lot. But like primus even better. (And it got VBA certificate, safe on every surface) Also tested FX protect gravity. Works great in sprayer. But I am concerned about safety on all sort of surfaces.
I'm thinking to buy the Koch Chemie's SO02 spray, from your opinion what's the rate that you give it out of 10?
These products are being improved all the time, but so far I'd give it a solid 8/10. I'll keep checking over the next few months and get back to you.
@@tntw23 I am using Meguiars Hybrid Ceramic Wax, but in the lowers the wax goes ways super easy in the first rain... so i'm considering to change to Koch chemie, should I ?

You should switch to neutral when starting the bike, the engaged first gear is an an additional stress for the starter.
