No view of the kitchen says it might not be up to par and a very quick look at two half baths, no full baths, so you don't show it and that would affect the price! The presentation was less than desirable and I would not buy the house under those circumstances!

I would have to see the lodge without the mounted taxidermy. And I would want no bar area.. somehow add a solarium, maybe. Use the land not for hunting, but to produce food for my family and the local ecology. That's not to say I"m against hunting.. because I"m not against it. But you'll never see me hunt on my land so I can mount a dead head on my walls lol. xo

Beautiful piece of property. not sure why folks are complaining about the price. You have 1,800 acres, Pond River access, 22 acre pond and many other fresh water sources on the land. Lush acreage for a perfect escape from the city. I understand why most realtor pages have the comment section disabled.

I'm no real estate agent nor do I claim to have any knowledge of real estate values. I do, however, know how to use a calculator. $6M / 1809 acres = $3316/acre. That's not bad, especially when you consider other similar properties that I see going for as high as $60k / acre. If I had $6M or I could get my hands on $6M I would do this in a heartbeat.

For 6 mil, it's not going to sell at that price in this lifetime.

It is my guess that most of the people talking about how high the price is really couldn't afford to buy one of the front gate posts. Make an offer. All they can do is say yes or no. And yes, I could probably buy both gate posts, but that's all.
