Hi, can you use passive monitors on the aux channels?
Nothing less confidence-building than a sound-mixing tutorial with muddy sound.
Hi how to connect boss digital pedal delay to Allen and heath 24 mixer (without FX)
Should one get 22FX in 2023? I have an opportunity to get one, just wonder if it is sensible today. I have new Mac Studio computer (purchased last year) and wonder how well or not the USB of 22FX will connect with my Mac Studio? Think I can safely assume that for live band practice / performance, 22FX is excellent still.
28:55 Ping pong delay effect so awesome 😎
In our church we too hav allen heath 22 fx n yah yur video Very helpful... I've learnt a lot from yur videos thankyou
If you want to learn about the full and awesome capabilities of Allen & Heath ZED mixing consoles, best not to waste your time watching this video. He says you'll never use some of the absolute best features of the ZED line and never explains them even if you did want to learn about them.
yea this guy is a joke. He's talking abut the EQs but his hand is in the way so you can't even see it. And really glosses over a lot of functions. amateur! lol
Jesus this is terrible. The gain is the signal in and should be set via the pfl button and get as much in before clipping via the led display. Adjust the gain until the level is at the top of the yellow and not going into the red or clipping.
I'm just learning myself, and even I spotted that straight away lol. He never even mentioned the led metres 🤷♂️
rotate 90 degrees!!!
Can you recommend someone who does a full video on the board?
Although I am the host of this video, the person explaining it was (I think) from Cosmo Music. Not sure if there is another full video.
I can do it hihi😄
Thanks u
All I could see for the most part was your fat hand and your sausage sized fingers! 😒
hell sir first of all thanks for your helpfull video i have bx14 mixer from Allen and heath company i connected 2 microphone to the mixer the at4040 mic from auio tehnica has vey good gain but re20 has low gain why re20 has low gain and should i have extra tools to connect to mixer for more gain would please help me what should i do thanks
wish u had a much wider lens
I have vertigo from twisting my phone around to get the video right sight up.
okay?
I guess 1st thing to do is to teach ur cameraman who took this video how to use the camera properly. LOL...
Why not PFL. I know everyone does things different but PFL allows you get the levels between vocals and instruments about the same?
Can SOMEBODY who is familiar with the ALLEN&HEATH zed mixer line email me,I have questions about how to connect monitors.I have 1-sub, 4- 8inch monitors, and 2-3 inch monitors.Trying to figure out options on how to run them. This is for a home studio in a medium-sized room...
uno con spiegazioni in italiano propio no!!!! cacchio
hey guys I'm new to mixers. I have a question. If my synth has a stereo out and I take the two leads and stick it into channel 1 and 2 and hard pan LEFT and RIGHT would I then get stereo again? Or does that mess with the sound?
DIGITALSCREAMS it will work.
How about 100MHZ switch below gain knob?
Jimin Jacob it's a HPF
I intrust in montarbo
Excellent explanation!! I truly appreciate the time that you took to provide the vieweres with all of this information. Thank you!!
I agree with those who told you to turn the camera.
i wonder that he sais that pfl has not to be used. i think it's a very important button in combi with the gain value
Skipped over the buttons I needed to learn about ... bummer.
i agree!! :(
+Patrick Callan What did he skip over? If you're still interested, or want to know, I can help!
Thank you so much!
Thank you this was very helpful!!
Sorry about that Alessio Spagnolini - it was a workshop at The Jam - and I had to position myself so the audience could see what he was explaining....
+Sandy Gordon You can flip it in youtube while editing the video
Sandy Gordon does it have phantom power for condenser microphone?
Next time turn right the camera please ;) Nice video, anyway! Well explained!
