Just some flight movies from a windy, but good day. Test flight goes well with Gripen. I like to test in different conditions and in several time a new model, before I publish it. Beside this, F-100, Hunter and Mig-21 also worked well today. Music: betamaxx take off

Could you also do a MiG 25
I used a wood ball for the nose which really helped with the CG and looks great.....
Perfectly trimmed for the flying space available 👍
Nice job!!!! Stable too. -Dan
It's beautiful
Could you do a J 20
I think, I will stay at cold war era for a while
Your planes are improving. Nice too see. One tip however is to use the USN stencil font for US Navy aircraft markings as that makes it looks more authentic.
Thank you, and you are right, good observation! I rushed with this project a little bit.
I was going to say Excellent, but that has already been said, so I will say that looks great 😁👍
excellent
hey would it still fly as good as in the video even if i didn't add the straw ?
The straw is made for a structural reinforcement, to prevent damages from crashes. You can replace with wooden rod. If you not use neither, you have to add more balance weight. Anyway, I recommend my new, not simplified MiG-29 also, you can find on this channel. Or, if you are new in paper models, and would like to remain at this, you can also use that manual, the fly method part. Probably this model could also fly better with rubber launch.
Here is the video ruclips.net/video/2wz9Ih9qJMg/видео.htmlfeature=shared
Wow! How do you design these beautiful pieces of art?
I get a 3 view draw, scale it, and a little bit simplify it. Then I separate the draw to modules. I can design the modules first on paper by pencil, or digital methods, on computer. I make a mock up, to test, how the parts fit. I also usually design a reinforcement inside the plane. After this, I draw a camouflage on the parts and build a prototype. I test it, how it flies, find the ideal CG, the angle of hor stab, and after the tests, if necessary, I modified the templates. So it is a rather long work
🎉🎉🎉🎉thx for the template 🎉🎉🎉I am searching for 3 months but didn't find any templates
Smooth fly ❤
Good can't wait for the plans
I uploaded the templates and manual below this video now.
@@petersaircraftfactory6754can you make the f-15? it would be cool
@@thymoti it is on my list, but I have a lot of running, in progress project also
@@petersaircraftfactory6754 Thank you very much my friend, I hope you will make rafale m, mig 1.44, & Su47 berkut
ミグ21
Wow
Could you do a f 35 and f 14 tomcat
Cool 😀!
Nice
i have been thinking what if you can make this model also using foamboard like you kinda glue it or trace it on foamboard and assemble similarrly but i never attempted it and i will atttempt with foambord the f16 today it isnt the one with those small balls that make up the board it is that other one that is kinda sued for the modeling (typically they are used for placing in walls or under the floor something to do with moisture)
I also thinked about it, however I think, it would work better in a bigger scale, bigfer size. At my current home, there is not too much space, and I have to storage circa 30 model, so it is a problem for me. Foam has better weight. The paper advantage, that you can curve, and you can print in any color. If you test it, you should make a video about it 😉
@@petersaircraftfactory6754 alright I think I am going to go and make the progress I am not gonna try use hot glue (maybe because I don't have the gun and have use a lighter) and I am also interested how it works out edit: I am going to use the old pictures about 2-4 seconds way also may I use your footage of the plane (idk why I comment it on mig 29 video if it's an f16 ) but I take the credit for that it's yours
Same range as the original!
Could you do a J-20 stealth jet, tu 160 and tu 95 and could you make the tutorial more detailed please? Also where could you get the slingshot for the plane
I bought rubber rings in an office depot shop. I stick together the rubber rings with scotch tape, and fix one end to a pen. For heavier planes, first, I stick together 2 or 3 ring, and made double or triple chain from them. In development diary #1, you can see photo about it. Anyway, if you can get different lenght and thickness rings, it is much more easy to make it. In the far future, I thinked about bombers and air liners, but there are some question. A bomber, which makes looping, woud looks like dumb. It shpul not fly like a fighter. I should make it bigger, but it would make harder to rubber launch. ( for a 70 cm long plane, Im not sure, the distance of my arm enough, to get enough speed durring rubber launch).
Where can you get this
Templates and manual in the video description. Click on it and there are links
Here is a tip for people like me who using scotch tape have messy and wrinkled surface and a bit tape leftovers you can take a lighter (if you can use it or if they allow you and hover the fire on the tape but do it in a fast motion without catching it on fire or melting too much you can melt excess tape and align it on surface making smoother and short bursts of doing it I think candle will work but the problem is you will have to move the model unlike with lighter you can move the lighter and matchsticks also work it helped me the principle is same as if you put a piece of plastic in a hot place it deforms until it starts melting and becomes hot enough to start dripping I hope that this helps and be careful Peace out
i feel like i should make a montage of all planes ive bult i can just say that: (3 or 5 mig 29s 1 f16 one failed f18 2 a4 skyhawks 3 l-39s) at this moment but i dont have them anymore because they got burnt (for some reason lol) but they fly great i like em keep up the work (except i was kinda dumb and give one a4 skyhawk to library just to make it a decoration hehe.)
Beautiful
I feel like few years ago I told that to try make gripen and I guess here it is
Yes its a very beautiful flight. I can't wait til I get back out there. I choppedy fingertip off. It was crazy painful to make aircraft. Its healed now. But is now with no feeling for the rest of my life
Thats terrible ☹Get well soon! I'm sure, you will find, how to continue with this injure!
Nice flying brother. Soo good to see you.
Great flights, lovely transition at the top of the climb👍
try a yf23, im sure you'll make it look stunning!
Underrated youtube content! This deserves more attention.
Totally! you are a expert! ..👏👏👏 Your fighters look plastics models? and fly too? Really awesome ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅
Wow glides quite well, I like it!
That’s crazy impressive, do you have a F14 Tomcat? And you gotta make a template for the F4 Phantom.
A long ago, I started pjantom, but I should start it from zero now. There was some problem with it. No, I haven't made tomcat, but once I will work on swing wing design, I plan it
Ah, trip down my own memory lane.
It makes me happy to see people holding onto their childhood, seems like we grow up to fast and forget what its like to be a kid and enjoy the simplest of things...
yoooo i got some of these as well! but yours look awesome!
I seen several of them, you are talented and very creative!
thank you! it means a lot to me! maybe we can do the colab video one day@@petersaircraftfactory6754
you are a hiden genius! Congrats!
Ships with drinking straw cannon that fire paper wads pneumatically? Wish I had a toy like that!
Actually, I used a bended other piece of straw, I push the end into the "cannon" aft end, and blow it with my mouth from upward. With tanks, was much easier.
Brilliant. Storage is always a problem. So much of my stuff is damaged in storage as I don't take enough care.
Now I make a lot of effort to avoid damage durring storage. Actually I haven't got enough space for my clothes because of paper planes, and not because I wear so much fancy clothes 😂 I made extra self into the wardrobe from cardstock. And I also start to make different size of boxes, to protect the models durring travel.
will it work with 70 GSM paper?
Instead of the normal, 80gsm pages, yes. If you build for indoor flight, with reinforce with scotch tape, could work only from 70 gsm.for that, see ibdoor suplement manual, and pages. For outdoor rubber launched flights, you will also need the hardpaper for the wing basic part and vertical stabilizers.
@@petersaircraftfactory6754 thanks a lot! really helps! how many gsm is the hardpaper?
@@signatoryy 160 or 180
@@petersaircraftfactory6754thanks! I really appreciate that you take the time to solve my doubts! I wish prosperity upon you! 😊
