i started doing spring twist after years of passion twists and lemme tell you ive been in love. the style is so bouncy SO SO SO natural. i loved the passion twists for the movement and how it looked more natural overall than senegalese or especially regular braids, so when i did these (in a shorter length thant what i was used to) i was FLOORED

That vapes u guys r breathing and what your skin is absorbing, not good yall. Did u know your skin is your largest organ, and what ever you absorb (yep fyi nails absorb too believe it ir not) if its toxic it goes through your liver, kidneys and lymphatic system. When one of those start failing you, you will learn how toxic it is(me in this phase of life), i try to stick to natural nails, but in special occasions ill polish but idk why inlike to peel em because i dont like to smell acetone... we women need to look out for each other, take care everyone

Im a beginner and never used a nail gel extension before. Can anyone tell me is the gel extension is safe to use on our nails? Does it hurt? I mean when removing them or does it spoil our original nails?
