I thought you was talking about the oil??
Impact sockets and 1/4 ratchets are some of my most used tools. I always feel better grabbing the cheap lifetime warranty tool over my nice ones
I bought the 5 drawer about 3 months ago and took the drawer locks off a month later
I have one of those in my closet. My father always told me to do a gasoline conversion to it
Weld 1/4 rod around the edge of back and sides
I have had impact socket set everyday i beat the fuck out of them hammer them in when bang them when the nut gets stuck in them and well none has yet to wear out or cracked them
Very well done!
All torque wrenches are basically made by one co. Presicision tool co.
Go with a minimum of 10 gallons. The 27 I did had a 7 galon tank and duel quads and tunnel Ram… 😂 the guy I sold it to said he has to plan his drive around gas stations. 🤷♂️
Ended up with a 11:5 gallon so we’re good!
I tried for an hour and a half to install the original. Not enough space. So, I put the rubber one in. I’ve used them before.
It sounds like Ben shapiro doing a tool review, i believe him
I also have a 99 FRC. If the utters are clean. There is another small hose for the AC to drain out. It’s on the passenger side, at the fire wall. Sometimes it will clog. It happened to mine and the water would leak in on the passenger side foot well.
I've got an oem one that doesnt even look rotted, leaking at seal and this looks perfect for that
Does harbor freight have an option to order these with a butcher block?
Can you do a video on the air pressure regulator.
Yep I have 6 of them installed in a 74 ford f100 351w 7 years later still no leaks
New Subscriber....I have an '04 Corvette Z-06
bro. you asked youtube if you were doing something wrong thats big can of worms you opened there
So I have been a mechanic since 99' and comparing these US Gen carts to Snap-on or Mac is a no brainer. The same box from either is going to easily be 1-1.5k$. They carry the same warranty and pretty much made from the same materials ( mind you that Snap-on and Mac may be a bit thicker ). I have sold all my Snap-on and Mac carts and Boxes and gone to the Husky and US gen carts and tool boxes. they are yet to fail me in the last 8 years. For entry level and even the seasoned tech/mech these are wonderful and very useful tool boxes and carts. I have this same cart in black that is primarily used for light duty and race track/ track day use. Carries plenty of tools and handles the weight just fine.
orange picks blow, theyre trash
@fixed roof coup do you remember what advance this cam had? 224/224 110 thanks
Don’t remember off the top of my head. We only regarded it a little when I put spray to it so not much
@@fixedroofcoupe thanks getting back to me :)
Very nice! Very clean and straight welds too. Yeah it's best to just buy the frame in the configuration you want. They also have to do a couple of extra things to keep the square tubing from twisting during fabrication. When you bend tubing of any kind, it tends to twist just enough to keep it from lining up just right and makes it hard to keep your chassis square so it will go down the road safe. Round tubing is not as bad as the square tubing is.
2K FRC.. i silicone sealed the gap that runs along the top of the doors, but still water gets in.. i keep it covered whenever it rains. Same prob with the doors.. those connectors are a pita to disconnect to clean.
Great review! Thanks
I just picked up a T to replace my 34 ford pickup I had that got smashed by a tree. Excited to see yours come along.
Well I was hoping for more about the tool box, nice tour of the tools but not much help about the box, how much weight each drawer can handle Yada Yada...
It's a face shield haha
Enjoy your video. I am 63 and was a younge man like you. I own snap on , some i bought most inherited. I bought the first edition of the KRA62 Heavy Duty road chest. Small draws on top. Still have the sales receipt. This was back in 1983. What you have available through harborfrieght now is a 100 times better than what i paid. One other thing, where i use to work ,my employers son found a snap-on rachet that looked like a craftsman that you have, that his grandfather purchased; but to this date snapon will not warrant. He was so hell bent on owning snapon until that event. The last snapon I purchased was a 3/4 in drive rachet and breaker headed long bar. Bent the long bar, still have it and snapon will not warranty it. I have snapon heavy duty wrenches that they will not warrenty. Save your money for your wife and family. No car ,truck or tractor knows what tool you are using. Forget what the Jones's (your so called friends) are doing. Think about this, if you break a HF socket, they want the whole set to replace. Does anyone else do that. Name one. You get a whole new set.
Looks nice
Could u add link to white wall paint plz ty
What was the temperature when you painted it?
Wow awesome 👌 👍 thks for sharing your project with us 😊got any plans ?
So very sad to screw up an original model T
Yea it’s a shame I’m building what I want.
Quick question brotha. I’m in a budget. I’ve got a 23 t coupe. Would you happen to know if the regular t bucket frame would actually accommodate aa 23 coupe body? The 23 t bucket frame is a bit cheaper I noticed.
It will work. My friend did it and the notch in the back for the suspension is right behind his seats. Otherwise the engine comes into the firewall. It makes the wheelbase shorter
@@fixedroofcoupethank you
You get this done yet?
South Portland ⚓️ Maine approved
Love the vids brotha. I just bought a 1924 Model T coupe body “doctor coupe” and I’m trying to see how to fit it into a speedway 27 roadster frame. Seeing your vids are helpful and I think my plan will work
Have you chopped the top yet, im seeing 3"out the front dont cut the back... Like the t bucket convertible
I left it tall. Going to leave it tall.
I've shortened a 48 Chevy fleetmaster, gonna tilt the front down two " maybe three.
I got the series 2 of this cart in Orange last month. I build out GM crate motors into marine engines. I upgraded from a 30" HF single 1 drawer cart. The side cab is an interesting mod. It is my understanding that Quinn is now manufactured by same company that makes Kobalt and Gear Wrench. I have a coworker that has Kobalt sockets they look identical to Quinn other than the branding.
Too many unnecessary same tools . Sell half of them
Great advise. Selling them right now.
Way cool .l built a 27 ford like yours chopped 7 inches 292 strate 6 350 tirbo canneled 3 inches on a models frame boxed I look forward to see what you do
Which clear did you used?
The black is single stage paint. The roof is cleared with poppy’s patina. It’s a wipe on clear.
I am not a mechanic (at all), but i purchased this cart to store my woodworking tools and all of the other misc tools (electrical, diy stuff for around-the-house upgrades, small stuff that seems to be everywhere between my garage and laundry/storage room, and i appreciate the reviews, particularly how its organized. i have no idea where i am putting all of my stuff, but i do like your set up for sockets and wrenches, as thay nevered occured to me (even though my collection isnmuch smaller). can you share where you got the stands for the wrenches and socket stands?
Socket stands I got at Sears when they were still opened. Can get them online and harbor freight sells them now as well. The wrench’s are on the magnet strips harbor freight sells
The fuck you have been wrenching 16 years
You must be an ironworker 🏗 like myself working for a Crane & Rigging company to pull that off. Very nice set up. We jack and Roll crazy huge shit like that all the time🏁
I am not but maybe I should be haha !
This thing done yet?
Man im so glad u showed that grommet under the battery.. life saver
Hell yea man. Glad it helped!
Would you use this on an oak door from the 1890s?
The media you’ll need is walnut shell
You have an oak door from the 1800s and your asking about a Harbor freight blaster? 😂 Only laughing cause we are same same, but different, but still same😂😂😂
Or maybe use soda on that
I have mac , craftsman and montezuma boxes. I recently purchased the 56in green bottom us general box and must say im impresses with it. It works smoother than any of my other boxes. Time will tell.
This reminds me of Paducah, Ky.
Are you sure Black Bomber Garage is correct? Search isn’t finding it.
I got it-missed “The”
Thanks for this!!! Looking to Install mine soon!
