There is a lot of stackable damage that follow up characters can benefit from compare to Ruan Mei however it is not the end of the world if you don’t have her, there are other suitable buffers that can work with Feixiao

U already got long answer, now the short(Not really), Feixiao's ultimate is considered FUA because of the trace she has, and Robin has a buff for FUA, so that's why people choose Robin over Ruan Mei.

After completing the side quest Scorchland Vacation you unlock the Audition Shuttle where you have to talk to Mr Soda first who is at the first stage in Scorchland sitting on a bench, after that enter the next stage using the pinball and you have to solve the puzzle within Audition Shuttle so you can unlock the hidden stage. Only select a stage after solving the puzzle, you also have to find and talk to Mr Soda again every time you want to start a new puzzle within the Audition Shuttle

Only ±2% increase by pioneer with the same stat. Better dmg if you do 2pc grand duke 2pc pioneer than going 4pc tho
