not easy to have same rendering. it's very random
You should be too lucky to get such results. It doesn't work most of the times
export your jpeg using save for web option, its work for me.
You must put your text image in the "composition" section and turn up the intensity to maximum, and the balloon in the "style" section. Add the word "wrinkled" to goblo and you get the result. Maybe you are doing it backwards and that is why it does not give you the effect of the video. I hope it helps you.
