Don't do any planning whatever the spark is, if someone wants to waste his money then it's fine, if there is any plan after advice then don't join the course in this matter, here only till counseling your call

What's the use of joining for a programme where they put an 8yr old in sessions with kids aged 13- 14yrs old. Also they'll ask u to just introduce urself and then give u a topic to write about which will take 15-20mins. Then teacher will ask each kid to read out what they wrote and but the time 8-10 kids in the session finish reading out, class time is up. Hardly any time to really correct or teach. Each kid is different and not all can speak confidently or fluently. One joins these classes to get better at building their confidence and not to be put in grps where they can't cope up. Last time my 8yr old was in session where topic was influence of social media on democracy 😂 guys he is just 8 and I'm grade 3. The one on one teacher Ms. Aleena is very good but guys pls don't fall for the counselor especially Mr. Rahul. Very good at trapping you with their false promises, encouraging words etc on the first day. After that when u go back to them with issues, they won't even bother to respond. They'll speak you into the urgency of paying the whole amt etc. ITS JUST A TRAP. All u who r really cheating and playing with parents emotions because a parent would do anything for the betterment of their child, you will get back for what u r doing. All this money u r making by cheating people, u r definitely not taking that with you when u die. May God forgive ur sins.

Ma'am about a month ago I watched your video at that time I had just started teaching in Planet Spark it was my 2nd day at that time. after listening to your thoughts that time I decided to try and give it a chance I thought that maybe you had a bad experience and I would have a good experience but I was wrong in the beginning everything went okayish when I conducted my first class I checked the amount I received it was only 125 for 1 hour and I was shocked because they promised 200 per hour I asked the manager they said aage think se pay hojayega but ma'am mene aage jitne bhi classes hue ush m Mujhe 75,, 125, 130. 155 eshe pay hue I conducted 25 demos and got 1 enrollment and sab b yahi pay hua. after lot of frustration i decided , I will do this for a month and will leave but yesterday they deducted 2500 rs and no reason I asked why but no replies now I initiated separation and waiting for my details to get removed ... I wish mene aapki baat mani hoti and mera time waste nahi hota ... Guyzz if anyone is thinking to join trust me dont wastw your time . and still if you want to join and experince whatever i experinced please go ahead .. I have ss of pay of demos where they pay me 75, 125, etc never 200 or 250

It was very disappointing after knowing that i was rejected in the video resume. I had given that with all my heart. If there wasnt any opening as per my profile then why did they all selected me in the 1st round (selection form) and in the 2nd round (chat interview) because whatever i said in my 4th round (video resume) that same answers i had given in that 1st round itself. Even i got 82% in 3rd round (PSAT test). Both my energy, hard work and time were wasted. It would haven't been wasted if they would have not selected me in 1st or 2nd round because the 4th round is the hard one. Waste of time if you are looking for teaching jobs on this platform!
