How to Predict the Future (Mathematically)
Predicting the future seems impossible. But what if you could predict the outcome of any binary decision setting with very high accuracy? Accuracy almost as good as the best expert predictor? In this video, we explore a simple technique that allows you to predict the outcome of a binary decision setting with high accuracy.

Y’all the new flow free game just dropped it’s called flow free shapes 🥳🥳🥳
RECORD 77
Thankyou
Now, may I know the area of Circle given that x and y of its respective sides??
Ive played this game so much I was making and solving levels in my head without even thinking
Get this guy in number sense😭🙏
I really do love math.
this showed me the question p=np
Wow. I learned a bit about this while I was doing my undergrad, but this deep dive on how to do a polynomial reduction was very nicely presented. Well done! The reveal of the non-planar graph of 3SAT was particularly cool.
Didn't understand a thing ^ Enjoyed the video = Good stuff, man
🙏👍❤
Now I want to eat the thing
one week in and already addicted
I used to love this game. I might download it and play again becausde i miss it so much
Yoo the pou game
i played the hell outta this in high school 2013-2014
What's the name of the song! It's not filaments! You put the wrong song name!
Not as hard as me
my favorite past-time video game has been mentioned! I am deeply grateful
Ultrakill reference
I can confidently say that I mastered this game, and I don't know how 😂
Nostalgia hits hard with this one
This video tells me that the most efficient way to solve flow is by setting up the constraints using Dancing Links and brute force it. Now you can have impossibly large puzzles that you custom make, and click "solve" and see its solution, no matter the difficulty in the version. Dancing links will NATURALLY try to show you the most difficult version, and fail to a less difficult version in its backtracking should the more difficult not exist. Seems like a fun puzzle to compute in an afternoon.
Ive cranked out literally hundreds of these puzzles
If youre pretty good at puzzles, most levels arent too hard. Every now and again you get a level that def takes a minute to think thru tho.
I can say proudly that iam a pro at flow i can speedrun it
I played so much flow free on my ipad as a kid
All perfect + year and a half streak… and it’s really not hard. At some point your brain recognizes patterns in the levels and it becomes trivial, and more of a test on resilience rather than problem solving
You forgot to mention the most surprising property of this line : OH=3OG O: Circumcenter H: orthocenter G: Center of gravity
That was random...
ISHAAN???
I played it 100 times a day
Didn't know this type of puzzles has a name. I think I first played it on one of thr Picross games for the original Nintendo DS, but they usually gave you a very specific pass length you have to follow. Gonna play a few Puzzles of this for sure now :D
Just make the pythogoras theorem
❤ awesome 😊
I’ve finished the entire game with a star on every single one of the 6270 free levels.
From Heron's formula, A=√(s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c))=√(sxyr)=√(Axy) => A²=Axy => A=xy Q.E.D. ps. A is area, r is radius of incircle, s is the half circumstances of triangle, A=rs is a formula of triangle

first you have to prove that the rearrangement of shapes is a rectangle, (I mean the Part aftrer dividing the triangle in quadrilaterals)
All my homies f with flow free
What animation software are you using?
currently playing the 4,562nd level of flow while watching this
The most genius solution is mostly the simplest one. 👍
He simply defined the area of a rectangle. If you draw a diagonal line You obtain two right triangles. As a result, the area of either right Triangle is xy divided by two. @probabilis2992 did not define " A Different Triangle Area Formula". A right triangle has a base, height, And hypothenuse. The formula for the area of a right triangle is base times height divided by two; when possible keep it simple. #karlnespas 7/25/2024
"Draw a perpendiculars..." Translation follows, draw all perpendiculars from that point...I blame the schools!
I figured it out intuitively when I was at age 10-11. I didn't know how to prove it, but it was clear.
Euler le plus grand
Rule of thumb: if it's a well known puzzle or set of puzzle, it's usually in NP. This makes it easy to check but sufficiently challenging to do.
❤❤❤❤ it
