Those gant charts for workflow are great!! Really appreciate you sharing the processes you use for work, as you say, most planner content is NOT work related. I need ideas for managing my work flow, so I can plan ahead for known disruptions. Maybe the gant charts!

I love your goals and reasons. I have a similar fat loss target for the year after letting workouts and clean eating take a backseat to survival since the pandemic and almost identical Whys--latest blood work says I need to work on getting my A1C, blood pressure, and LDL down, and a lot of that will happen if I can burn off the extra weight I've put on since I stopped going to the gym regularly just as I hit perimenopause. (Pro Tip: Don't stop exercising right when your metabolism slows down!) I prefer to keep my workouts in a separate 6"x8" spiral bound grid page notebook from Miquelrius so I can go back and look at my workout programs, weight lifting numbers, progress photos, and diet macros over the years and see what worked and what didn't, so my Passion Planner weekly pages just have the first 4 lines of each day dedicated to bullet/task list of my workout(s) for the day without the actual breakdown of reps, sets, and weights that I keep in the dedicated workout notebook. Last year, I tried using about half of the daily columns to also make notes about meals, but that felt like overkill when I do better using the FatSecret app on Android for a food diary. I do have a few pages in the back of my PP with printed pages for physical therapy exercises I should be doing for my back and elbow, lower carb/lower calorie dining out meal options, and a few limited space HIIT and bodyweight calisthenics workouts I can do in short bursts anywhere. Aside from listing my workout names on the weekly spread, I use the monthly spreads to write down my daily weigh in, fasted blood glucose, and morning BP. I use stamps to add three open dots in each day of the monthly spread that correlate to three daily habits I want to be accountable for each month. For January, that's Sleep (7 hours), Push-ups (140/day), and Log Meals. It feels like I have more ways than ever to quantify and measure my health metrics and exercise between built in phone apps like Google Fit and Samsung Health, Garmin and Withings fitness tracker watches, BT connected body fat scales, BP cuffs, and exercise machines, etc. , yet I think I was MOST motivated to stick to a healthy routine when all I had was a regular old digital Timex watch, a paper workout notebook, a no-frills $10 Planet Fitness membership, and much less analysis paralysis. I'm trying to get back to that streamlined, no-brainer mindset about exercise and diet so I can stop devoting so much time and mental load to this part of my life. The list of workout options for limited time or low energy is a great idea, too! My baseline is to get in my daily push ups (I joined a 50,000 Push Ups in 2025 challenge) plus 20 minutes of Fitness Boxing 2 or rowing while watching an episode of a show I like if I can't work up the motivation to do a longer workout. FWIW, I have low back pain when I'm deconditioned as I have been for the past year or so, but daily push ups have helped immensely in just 2 weeks.

One of my goals is to lose 40 pounds which constitutes my baby weight from my two boys. 45 if I’m being ambitious. Great to watch you do your roadmap I just did mine about an hour ago. I love the quarterly goal pages since I prefer it.

What size is this one?

It was great to see how you used your PP in 2024. It looks a lot like my last PP (I had a medium Year of the Tiger that I re-dated) with some stickers and washi, but not so over the top that the planner doubled in thickness. :) I was a little more functional and less decorative with my A5 size Nomatic planner this year, but the layout is very similar to PP, so a lot of your video looks familiar. I'm back in a small PP for 2025 and looking forward to filling it up with more hangouts with friends, cosplay and craft projects, habits to improve my health and fitness, new things to learn every month, and volunteer work. Like a lot of other people, I'm apprehensive about the next 4 years, so I'm choosing to focus on the things I *can* control and do to make the world better, rather than stress about the things I cannot.

Love this video! Such a good walk through of the planner. I purchased the sunflower cover with the playful pastel tabs. (I purchased a bundle, and didn’t realize I could pick my tabs! I love using erasable highlighters to do time blocking then use erase to write the event title. People always comment on how cool it looks.

Where did you get the lovely pen?

I’m not allowed to acknowledge the fact that something hasn’t happened, or my husband will say that I jinxed it. I usually get my vaccinations the week before the guys do that way I can take care of them when they get theirs done. It’s a lot easier to do them separately. Beautiful spread as always! (Not team candy corn but team Reese cups shaped like pumpkins!)

Love your videos and spreads as usual. I’ll never forget when my youngest had surgery for a cyst removed on his forehead and had to sedated. Man, what a parent experience I don’t wish on anyone. I’m glad you all handled it well and she is on the mend and I pray that you never have to go through it again!

FYI: I used your passion planner code to purchase my 2025 PP. 2024 is the first year that I've used it (I also entered your code then too) and I'm like woah--why didn't I do this sooner. Ha! Currently, I'm working full time from home, have a 3 year old and 5 (almost 6 year old). My husband works from home for a different company AND if I didn't think I was busy enough I decided to take prerequisite courses for the next couple of semesters to enter a masters accounting program in hopes of making a career change and getting a CPA license. Needless to say--every hour is precious. However, I am oddly feeling motivated albeit nervous. Having children definitely changed me and now that they are getting older, I'm embarking on a completely different personal journey. All of it feels worth it though. Anyways, I enjoy your videos because they are relatable. Time to press play and do some planning along with you. Best wishes!

New to your channel! Hello! I have been teaching for 9 years, with two of those at the college level. Loving it so much! I am also a PP fan; I use the undated daily for memory keeping and journaling. I use an Erin Condren lesson planner for teaching and Sarra Cannon's HB90 planner for weekly/daily personal planner that I print and put onto discs. Hang in there on the baby's sleep schedule stuff; it'll be over before you know it! Kudos to you for making college teaching work while dealing with that. My son was born while I was teaching high school, and the sleeping thing was ROUGH - including the sleep regressions. He just turned 5, and he still rarely sleeps through the night. But it's definitely more tolerable than the newborn stage!

My career will forever be on the back burner to my kids, they will forever be my first priority”. 14 years later, I’m still standing by that statement. I love being a mom, it’s what I was meant to do in my life.
