They are better if you let them cool down, then toast them. Also, I would try adding an egg or two In to the water mix at the end. After mixing,It needs to be like a thick pancake batter, more than a dough, more wet and runny than in the video, In order for air bubbles to form the holes. The holes are essential for holding the gallon of butter that they need slathering in.

What temp and for how long do I bake it?

A few steps were missed that would really make this easier, and potentially improve the outcome. First, don't just tape. You need to drop cloth or trash bag cover ANYTHING in the immediate vicinity. Connect the trash bag to the car with the tape on the edges. Try to ONLY spray whatever needs touching up, and avoid overspraying onto the existing paint. Anything behind the what you're spraying WILL get sprayed. Second, sanding may not have been recommended, but it was needed, to some degree. You have a lot of orange peel it look like, which can be removed by light sanding with a 3000-5000 grit sandpaper. Sanding the base coat, and the clear coat. Alternatively, using a slower, back and forth spray on the last pass would have reduced it to some degree. Lastly, you used clay, which is an abrasive technically, but is not a polish. To get that sheen or gloss you are expecting, you need to use a polish and a lot of elbow grease(this is where limiting your spray area REALLY helps), or a drill with a buffing pad. A clay is just for impurities and contaminates. I think your color was actually VERY close, but it needed the sanding to blend, and a polish to give it that shine.

My grandmother was an excellent baker. She thought me that the humidity in the atmosphere greatly affected baking.

I love the bread. It's great toasted. If you want a dryer exterior, I do a combo. I used my machine to mix and beat it. I'd cook in on a loaf pan in the oven. Nice exterior, great interior. Best bread out there. The Keto King has a great video as well.

Flourless breads only rise once. If you made it into crumpets immediately after mixing and then let it rise you would get better results.

I am surprised the company did not tell you to wet Sand with a very high number grit (fine) to smooth edges before applying anything. Then you must buff to achieve the sheen. I use McGuires Compound for removing swirls. Then on to your normal polish. The more tedious you are, the more shine you will get out of it. I had a mirror cover I am working on niow. I love the controllability of the spray. Just as good as an air gun IMHO.

I've been in and out of the hospital since December 1, 2023 with gall bladder issues. On 2/2/24 I had open abdominal surgery. The surgeon wanted to take out my gall bladder, but he was unable to. I was in the hospital 8 days. When they let me out, my husband brought me home. Our younger daughter came down to and stayed a week. I lost 24 lbs and weighed the same as when I got married 58 years ago. So I have given up keto until I get closer to what I weighed before this started.

Hubby loves it when I wrap this dough around hot dogs and then bake - great keto "corn dogs". I will definitely try these now! 😋 I do hope you include a keto favorite now n then even with your channel change. So thankful your health is better! 🙏🤗

Love your new home, and outside landscaping. Hope you're enjoying your new space. With the old washer and dryer, whenever mine has stopped working. I do what any self-respecting 1963 baby boomer would do... I call a repair person to come fix it, LOL. I inherited a washer & dryer (circa 70's because it was that avocado green)when I purchased my great aunts home, when each stopped working I replaced separately. I purchased a new washer eco friendly, locks when it starts running etc, 4 days later I returned it and went to an appliance resale and found the exact match to my dryer that I purchased new years ago. I didn't like that door locking safety on the new units. When I wash I like being able to open the door if I want. I'm no fan of those front loaders either. They are cute but my repair guy says they're crap so I'm happy with my new to me purchase, old school top loader kenmore.
