That is ILLEGAL IN VIETNAM. GIRLS MUST BE 18 ( and MALES MUST BE 20) to get LEGALLY MARRIED, unless BOTH Parties and their Guardians or Parents go to the Police Ward and apply for an early Marriage Permission. You can go to any Police and make a complaint, and those who forced you will be severely Punished, with Fines and Imprisonment. The "MARRIAGE" is a "Cultural" one, not a Legal one in the eyes of the Law OR the Government. When the Vietnamese Government revised the MARRIAGE LAWS, it was to STOP this sort of ABUSE.
