I have two properties in Orillia that we're considering listing. My hesitation is that 1. it's a dream location that is extremely difficult to find and almost impossible to replace and 2. who wants a bunch of money during hyper inflation. Properties have always been a great investment. Thanks for the detailed breakdown of the report.
