Do I need to have onedrive to use office apps and save documents? What happens if I save a document directly to the iPad?
Hello, documents can still be saved directly to the iPad and will work how you would normally expect. Saving to OneDrive allows you to access your files from other devices and edit Office documents with others at the same time. If something ever happened to your device your data could be lost, having multiple copies of your data is recommended and OneDrive is the service that our school provides for all staff & students.
Great stuff. Does iPad Pro have all functions for word, excel, powerpoint for basic report writing, table formatting, copy paste images, format images, insert table of contents etc. basically if I were to do my office work on it excluding work softwares
Hi, we are not able to recommend any products or specific platforms. As the mobile version of the Microsoft Office Suite is still not fully fledged, we would recommend taking the time to look into the specific features that you require and possibly have a play around with the device & software before you make your decision.
What if you forgot the password
Hi Lily, the tutorial is for setting up password reset and once it has been setup you will then be able to reset it if you have forgotten it. *If you have forgotten your password and haven't setup your security questions,* visit the IT support staff at your school and they will be able to reset it for you!
