Early New Mexicans standing on the crests of the Manzano Mountains looking to the east would have beheld a vast lake system. The water levels in these lakes waxed and waned over the millennia - sometimes being as deep as 400 feet and sometimes being completely dry. The valley had no outlet, so runoff from melting snowpack would fill the lakes during the spring, and the hot sun would evaporate s...

    • @robertsmith2419

A king-sized quilt measures 108 inches by 95 inches. Our blocks ended up being 9 inches after they were sewn together. 12x9 equals 108" and 10x9 equals 99, which is 4 inches over standard size. It takes 120 blocks. The cloth is 11"x11", the batting was 9" squares. We used electric scissors to clip the 1" to make the rag portion. I played out the quilt pattern in Photoshop, but you can use graph paper and color the blocks for whatever pattern you like. Each block is a stack of 3. Flannel, batting, and cloth. You leave the batting at 9 inches because it won't fray after being clipped. I have other quilt videos on RUclips. Maybe one of those will provide some more information. I will try to answer any questions you may have.

They need light and moisture to germinate. Best sown and pressed into moist soil and not covered. Also, the seeds can be sprinkled onto a damp paper towel, put into a zip lock bag, and then stored on top of the refrigerator until they germinate.

I really enjoyed seeing your Singer 66 Red Eye. She is beautiful! I too have one and I just love her. I believe she is a 1927 and has been very lovingly used. She doesn’t have her shine and she is missing part of her decals, but she is beautiful to me.❤Would you be able to tell me what kind/number of the needle I would need for her. The Singer 66 takes a class 66 bobbin and a 15x1 needle. Singer recommends that you use only genuine Singer sewing machine needles in your Singer sewing machine. By using genuine singer needles, your machine will perform to its fullest potential. Sizes Available/Size Guide: Size 70/9 - For sheer knits and synthetics (the thinnest needle for the thinnest fabrics) Size 80/11 - For lightweight knits and synthetics Size 90/14 - For medium-weight knits and synthetics (the general purpose needle - most popular) Size 100/16 - For heavy-weight natural woven fabrics Size 110/18 - For heavy-weight knits and synthetics (the thickest needle for your thickest fabrics)

Singer machine needles are a universal fitting (sometimes called flat sided needles, 15x1, 130/705 H, HAx1, 2045, 2020 are all the same needle fitting) and are made to fit all sewing machine brands Singer, Brother Janome, Bernina, Pfaff, Husqvarna, Elna, Toyota and others.

Recommend to anyone who lived in Grants, Milam or McKinley County since 1950 have themselves checked out for cancer or other effects of radiation injuries from the old uranium mining there. Higher than normal rates of cancer and thyroid diseases exist in those areas. Many people have died over the years from that exposure that, for the most part, was ignored. People who stood up to the mining businesses were marginalized or harassed out of the town. However, that has changed some and people are starting to stand up to them. Might be too little too late.

Rules, it seems strange that you can make a video of a town where everything in it was created by someone else. You can't make a video in a National Park where everything was created by God and put it on RUclips without getting a license. You can't include copyrighted music without a license. You can play RUclips music in the backgroud all day long, but it stops playing in the background if you start a RUclips video unless you use two different devices to play each one, which is what I do, I just turn the volume down on the video and listen to music I like on my earbuds. Some people don't like the music that is available for free, some prefer nothing at all. The video had sound that I took out, the sound of the engine, and the sound of the radio playing copyrighted music for which I had no license.

@user-ul8ow1xc5q You're welcome. Sketch Up is no longer free, and neither is the timber frame rubies written by Clark Bremmer. It was a pretty steep learning curve, but plenty of RUclips videos were available at the time. Most are now outdated, and the instructions are no longer valid. The last time I checked, Sketch Up was expensive, and the company that bought it from Google was discouraging third-party plug-ins. I think Clark now sells his ruby script for $20.00 along with an instruction booklet. It all worked well for me, and I doubt if I could have done it otherwise.
