We create space for sharing ideas, knowledge, and best practice to help spread innovation and change lives.
Our leadership community is committed to advancing the experiences and opportunities for people with mental health, disability, or substance use needs.
Formerly known as the International Initiative for Mental Health Leadership (IIMHL) and the International Initiative for Disability Leadership (IIDL), GLE is a unique international collaborative and organizes structured staff exchanges, systems for international networking, innovation sharing and problem solving across countries and agencies.
