I ordered it from Amazon. Yesterday I have to replace the car battery and what perfect timing to use the heat wrap. I added Velcro at the end instead of having it glue together so I can reuse it again. When the AutoZone guy wrap around the new battery & hooked the cables. It caused sparks everytime the cable touches the silver part. He said this stuff is dangerous, it shouldn’t cause this problem. So we took it off.

Can this be cut in half, to be used on 2 different intakes?

It sure would of been nice to see a counter of time it took for the competitor to burn through, plus how long the "sped up portion" lasted as well. Not to mention "who" the competitor is. Was this a DEI strip, or some super cheap knockoff that costs penny/foot!??! More "valid" information is needed to make this video trust worthy.

looks to me like the torch was closer to the first rap (temp increases exponentially as distance is reduced). If you want to be credible, put in some more controls like mounting the torch and wrap in clamps then measure distance.

im thinking about applying some of this on my hand guard of my ak47 . sgould help reduce heat by alot. experiment time
