I do seem to like Johanna Basfords newer books, they feel less overly busy

It would be boring if we all liked the same books Wendy. I do love Johanna, but I have barely touched my Rooms of Wonder, Secret Garden, Christmas & Enchanted Forest. I don't own Inky Butterfly. The others I colour in all the time. Beautiful selection of books & who cares how many you own..I haven't even counted mine 😂

This is a great selection of books to focus on for 2025! I always have to remind myself that when it comes to our collections of colouring books you would never say to an avid reader that they have too many books on their shelves so why is it any different for us colourists!? Collecting is part of the hobby and that’s okay! 💕🥰

Loved watching this, but you know I always enjoy your videos anyway! I’m inspired to organise my books and list them all like you so I know where I am with them, going to take more than a weekend though! Whatever you colour it will be outstanding, too many books and not enough time…we just need to colour as a full time job! Oh, if only! ❤😂

Hi Wendy don't worry about how many books you have its up to you because its your hobby and its really nice to have a collection you work hard so you should be able to treat yourself. I have a lot of books too. I just love them some I have just for the artwork but mostly to colour. When I watch your videos, you say a lot about your craft room, so could you please do a video of a tour of your craft room it would be great to see. Happy colouring kind regards, Samantha 💖💖.

I just ordered the 100 set and I should receive them in a few days. I'm hoping to use these instead of my prismacolor because I'm unhappy with their quality, considering they are double the price of the black edition.

Love your work in the Cute & Cozy books, the pencil work is fab. I'm not a fan of the over patterned look, but the pencil shading really is lovely.

Oh my goodness those easy cute books are absolutely adorable, I need to buy them all lol. You do such good work on them, never seen those sort of pages look so stunning 😍. I don't suppose you have a video showing how you do pencil shading over markers do you? I have ohuhu markers and would love to have a try, but don't really know how to go about it. That Klara Marcova book looks lovely, I don't own any of those as their difficult to get hold of and normally expensive. Xxx ❤

The 1st vid I watched today, 1.1.2025!

I also have recieved the Klara Markova Orchard Full of Fairies….the paper seems smoother. To me at least. Also: this time around, it’s like a Hanna Karlzon or Maria Trolle book in that it’s not having 112 pages, it’s 96. But setting that aside, I really do like this one. It’s not that complicated as her last one that I also got this time around(got the last 3 about 2 Decembers ago). I love them both; am just about finished with her Fairy Miracles which I have done almost entirely with watercolors and water based brush pens plus pastels and ofco, gel pens. Pencils are going to be the mainstay of the more complex Little Secrets book. Your picks are awesome as always. I have the full series of Colors Make Me Happy books which I purchased around 2 yrs ago-love them!
