Hi Guys, please help. Kenwood DMX5020S stuck on setup screen . CANNOT PRESS THE "Finish" button. Have hard reset it by plugging it out Soft reset it by the button. All other touch functions work but it seems like that option is inactive. I am so close to using it yet so far and there is no information out there. The only solution I have is take it out which I dont know how but will have to find out and send it to the repairs place 1000 kms away. The other option is to update the firmware but as far as i know this unit would not allow uodating firmware without actually being in the system to navigate. Help please.

Hey, i noticed on your website that you are now selling the pioneer DMH-A5650BT. Any chance you can make a video for it please? There is nothing in English anywhere online and to be frank you do a superior job of presenting head units. Ps: do any of these head units have the ability to turn the screen off while allowing the audio to continue? I do alot of night driving in regional areas with no street lights and the light pollution of head units can lower what is visible outside the vehicle even when dimmed.
