Good repair bro, but just a heads up the luxury vinyl plank companies will not warranty their floors if you don't use their transitions in the doorways. They'll find any excuse to void the warranties. Alot of companies here in norcal won't sell that crap anymore. Water proof laminate is the way to go

Watch closely it is a different piece of wood. The one he cuts has a distinctive knot mark on it. The one he glues down doesn't. Like others say, the hole.

WHAT WAS THE IDEA FOR CHANGING THAT PIECE?? THE FIRST ONE WAS FINE.

I can honestly say I want to see the end result. You guys have pretty much stripped the car back to a rolling shell. It won't be easy for sure becuse most of the shell is rotten. You'd better off getting the shell professionally dipped and stripped so you can see what you're actually working with. This way you'll be able to see what panels are actually salvageable. Good luck guys. 👊
