The official RUclips channel for the worldwide Koha Community.
Initially developed in 1999, Koha was publicly released as free and open source software in 2000.
Since then, the Koha software project and the worldwide community behind it have helped libraries of all sizes around the world manage and share their resources with their communities.
Koha has a comprehensive set of features:
- Web-based interfaces for library members and staff.
- Online public access catalog (OPAC) for library members.
- Modules for managing a library, including acquisitions, circulation, cataloging (including copy cataloging), serials management, authorities, and reporting.
- Tools, such as label printing, notices, and offline circulation.
- Support for library standards and protocols such as MARC 21, UNIMARC, z39.50, SRU/SW, SIP2, SIP/NCIP, ensuring interoperability between Koha and other systems and technologies.
Koha software is licensed using the General Public License (GPL) v3 or later.

A couple of questions that were raised will be addressed with the style guide: 1) Using the Oxford comma for two or more items 2) How to emphasis user interface elements.
