Background: I am a licensed CPA in Texas and have obtained a master's degree in accounting. Further, I worked for several years in public accounting and gained experience in tax and audit services. I am now working on my Accounting PhD. My goal with this channel is to make videos that help explain the material covered in the classes I teach. Currently, this includes principles of financial accounting and principles of managerial accounting. Note that, where applicable, these videos explain accounting principles used under US GAAP, not IFRS.
