Well I have the weightloss coffee that i use... www.magickalbrew.com and it is really good at maintaining your weight so you don't gain anymore, if you keep doing what your doing. Now if you start drinking more water, eating more vegetarian and cutting out all the sugar, flour and processed foods with the coffee, it will kick your body into thermogenesis... basically a fat burning machine. You can increase this rate of energy burn, by lowering the temperature in your house, sleeping in a cool environment and cool bath/showers. That accelerates the thermogenis. What I did, was I ordered the 3 pack... I got the Italian Slim Roast Coffee (not the Optimum, the regular... it's more bitter and I think it works better for weightloss, optimum is better for maintain and for older people. So I ordered 2 of those and am/pm breakthrough which is a detox, this will clean out your system and intestines of all the build up over the years. You can also look up liver cleanse... that is using water and epson salt, then grapefruit juice and olive oil before you sleep and follow up with epson salt and water in the morning.. that will flush you out and helps remove kidney stones. So then my second month, I ordered 2 coffee Italian slim roast and the energy drink. It all gives mental clarity and boost your energy... especially mid afternoon lethargic sleepy feeling. Give it few months to kick in, by doing the new changes. In a year you will see huge results. Now just just by going vegan and doing intermittent fasting you can really drop the weight and increase your energy, but the coffee really kicks it off. If you can do any extra walking more than you are doing or even sit on the couch and bouce to music, you are aiming to move more than you consume in energy... see if your not moving, the energy doesn't burn off the fuel. So then you want to look at negative calorie intake, like carrots... it takes more energy to digest them, then it does to eat them... that way you get rid of the hunger, replace your snacks to a veggie tray and your lowering your calories and increasing your burn. Every 3 days fast, just drink water... it puts the body in burning it's own fat. Those are the best things I can say and IMAGINE your body the way you desire it. Find a picture of yourself that you like when you were the idea weight or find a picture of a body you admire and every night and every morning you say to yourself that is how you already look and know it. Your body will start cooperating with your thoughts and beliefs... it has to create that because it is your new truth. Read Joe Dispenza or get the audio book... becoming supernatural. It's really good. He has youtube videos too and it even goes into situations where there is chronic illness and disabilities that get over come by talking to the body and rebuilding your cells. Listen to sapien md and quadible integrity youtube channel videos on topics geared to working out virtually, like atheletes your mind will increase your heart rate and reflexes just from mental states of creating vitual reality... you'll feel it, use headphones and targe with your mind the areas that you feel the simsations and activate the musucle feeling of doing the exercise. Train your mind with new and good programming and affirm it. Catch yourself going to the fridge and make yourself ask if you are really hungry or eating out of pleasure or boredom... then say do I really need that or do I want a glass of water instead, what will this do for my body right now and in the future. You can get a VEGA protein shake from any store and use that as your supplement and don't eat til after 10 am and not after 6 pm... when you eat, just eat like a deer, just more often in handfuls when you need it. Cut out the dinner plate idea, it's not necessary. Eat colours for your chakras... green for the heart, red for the root, blue and purple for mental energy, etc... there are other books on blood type diets, if you know your blood type. I'm A neg, so I do well on alkaline... most do, but O types need a meat in their diet, but you want to cut out the red meat for a while anyways. Cut out all meet for a month or so just to notice the difference in your energy level and your vibration.... you will feel lighter, more connected and elated. I went vega for 2 years and I was flying high... it was great. I even water faster for 90 days or so and I know breathanism is possible. Youll start more lucid and feeling really good. Just take it gradually, experiment and see how your body feels. I can go cold turkey, but some may not be able to , so watch that your body doesn't go into shock. You are going to feel a monster and a change, because of the habits, but if you give in with healthier substitues it will subside, just like fasting for a week or so, the hunger goes away... this is my experience, I'm not a doctor and it's just an option, not advice. Use your discretion and seek a natural homopath if needed. More natural the better. You can do this and I can you see you already there. Consistent, discipline and a new hunger for the desired outcome. Want it bad enough that your will do anything to get there... that is mostly mental and change of habits. I know I won't see results for a while but I think just knowing that all that sugar and poison is not going into my system anymore will probably put me in the right state of mind to stick with it! I'm glad we reconnected after so many years. I really enjoy talking to you! I don't really go on Facebook or talk to anyone from my past. I spend alot of time on you tube talking to a new bunch of people who I just met on line in the last maybe 2 years. It's kinda cool! But I really can't wait to lose weight! It's like being trapped or something! I've never had anything physical hold me back from doing things especially a weight issue! It really sucks! The last few years I really fell in love with food and found comfort in eating! I have never been like that! But I can change it! It'll be hard but not the hardest thing I've ever done!

I love your idea and there are people who live at resorts for 3000 a summer and go to arizona or mexico for the winter and then bc. You can do a lot of things. You can lift your roots and semi root, or just build a bus and travel with a jeep behind it. It's whatever you imagine the most, that is why I suggest to journal, meditate and get a project going... if you want, you have 3 years to build that tiny house and then take it to the land or rv park when your ready... sit in a rv park or park on someone elses land till you find your land. So many options. I hear you on the city, I am in the country because my loud music necessity keeps me out of the city... but I love it. I'm only 20 minutes away, so that is nice. My land is about 40 minutes away, give or take... I'm still not sure what to do with that, so when youre not sure, you go neutral. Let it be. Go into what your heart is screaming for, til you get back there. It set the priorities it seems... but you need balance, the triangle and the square in your circle.
