Exporting Data and Preparing Datasets for JASP, SPSS, and Stata
This video covers data export in the new version of JISC, which doesn't allow data export in .sav format. This means we need to do one additional step before analysis. This video covers coding and labelling in JASP, SPSS, and Stata.

Hi, I am running a multiple regression with many categorical predictors with 3 or more levels with SPSS. I only need the main effects of those variables. For example gender, job location, occupation etc. I want to know whether any of those variables predict a certain outcome. What procedure do you recommend? how do I interpret the output as well. Thanks
Did somebody responded? I have the same question...
Hello there Did you finally get the answer? I have the very same question, struggling with many categorical variables as independant ones and a great deal of information about dummy variables, but I really don't know how to deal with all those variables after changing them to dummies?! I'm absolutely mixed up.
