What color is the base/rock work? In some shots it looks like light bluish gray and in others like dark bluish gray.

thank you so much. This is gonna be so helpful once my package arrives. I have never done any lego stuff before so I was worried, I've seen a video doing an Unboxing and I was already blown away by all the pieces and the as usual complicated looking instructions.

The outlook is near perfect especially the garden at the entrance level. However, it is rather disappointed that the boiler room, despite it's enormous size, is nearly empty. Also, the model just looks goods on outside but lack of any details for all the inside. The whole building is simply hollow inside with nothing else. This is way behind usual standard of a MOC set we would expect.

Do you happen to know the set’s dimensions? Length, width, and height (to the highest point). I’m building a self to house this as I’ll be ordering one in the next month or two. Just can’t find info online listing it’s default build dimensions
