•1 teaspoon vanilla extract •1 1/4 cup flour •1 teaspoons baking soda •1 teaspoons baking powder •1/3 cup cocoa powder •¼ teaspoon salt •¼ cup chocolate chips Directions 1)Blend together the veggies & wet ingredients. 2)In a separate bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients. 3)Add in the mixture from the blender and stir together. 4)Spray muffin tin and spoon the muffin mixture into the cups. 5)Top with chocolate and bake in oven at 350 F for 20 minutes. Veggie Chicken Nuggets 🍗 Ingredients •1 LB ground chicken •1/2 cup cauliflower •1/2 cup broccoli •1/4 cup carrot •1 tsp garlic powder •1 tsp onion powder •1 tsp salt •1.5 cups panko crumbs Directions 1)Chop and roast veggies in oven until tender. 2)Once veggies are cool add to food processor and purée. 3)Add turkey, puréed veggies, & seasoning to a mixing bowl. Mix together until combined. 4)Shape meat into nuggets and coat them with the panko bread crumbs. 5)Bake in oven at 350 F for 20 minutes & check with meat thermometer. Let cool and enjoy! 😊 Veggie Macaroni & Cheese 🧀 Ingredients •1/2 cup of carrots, chopped •1/2 cup of cauliflower •1/2 cup of butternut squash •1 cup of water •4 tablespoons unsalted butter •¼ cup all-purpose flour •1 teaspoon salt •1 teaspoon garlic powder •¼ teaspoon black pepper •4 cups milk •2 cups water •1 box of elbow pasta •2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Directions 1)Roast your veggies in the oven until tender. 2)Cook pasta according to boxes directions. 3)Place veggies in the blender with 1 cup water and blend until smooth. 4)Melt butter in pan and add flour. Cook butter and flour mixture for a minute. Add the milk and bring it to a boil. 5)Remove from heat and mix in your cheese, seasonings, & veggie puree. 6)Add pasta mix together and enjoy!

How did you transition your baby to eating this well. My son is also 14 months and just throws food on the floor or plays with it.

Magic Pufferfish Science Experiment! 🐡 Supplies •Balloons •Baking Soda •Vinegar •Gloves •Sharpie Directions 1)Add 4 tsp of baking soda to a balloon. 2)Fill the thumb part of the glove with vinegar, tie a knot, and then cut the rest of the glove off. 3)Add the vinegar pouch to the balloon, and then tie a knot in the end of the balloon. 4)Draw a face on the balloon 5) Take your fish outside and step on it.
