Followed and did not work. Talking through video and showing the different sections such as top of machine so we can actually see what is happening would have helped especially with certain parts so the viewer understands what to expect or not panic when certain occurrence happens. Also timing as this make it seem it is immediate when it isn’t.

Agree with this. Issue with complainers is they do not understand espresso and that coffe oils/scale do damage to internals over time, that puck prep is important and that you can't use your 50$ grinder with this, nor can you easily use pre ground beans. Also, crema is not a gage of quality no matter how smooth it looks.

I will order this machine but it’s very strange that melk comes first for the cappuccino, cause actually you are making a Latte Macchiato. What’s the point of having two different buttons for actually the same drink (I think)?
