Compared with what we are seeing in Harare and other towns .we need to improve..especially on roads and cutting grass. Our developers are a scam ...they are charging huge amount for stands and don't develop these places.council be serious

Land developers are stealing from people. They must take people's money and develop the stands.we know things are tough.but if you look at High density suburbs in Harare.Ruwa Zimre park.Madokero,Damofalls just to mention a few ?, they look better than the so-called affluent suburbs in Mutare.the asking price for a stand in these low density suburbs are way above 30000 us dollars. I saw a video on Masvingo and Beitbridge. They have better suburbs than Mutare .Whats wrong with our Mutare

City of Mutare is doing a terrible job on roads.dzimba idzo hadzinaki dzichovakira muma dust roads.then why are stands in places like Fairbridge,Greenside Extension so expensive developers are ripping off residents.compare these suburbs with what Mr Zim has shown us in Beitbridge and Masvingo,I cry foe my City. It's terrible. No gatted communities.A high density in Harare is better than a low density in Mutare .pathetic
