Ram wires, GPU m.2ssds both of them they both work I try f10 esc pressing the x in the top right restarting everything idk what to do can some one tell me how to fix it msi mb

I have a computer that is stuck at Shell> I am trying to do a network boot on it. to do that I disabled the harddrive boot and now I see shell prompt only. I do not see Network option in the boot options above the shell>. How can set network boot as default boot option and displace Windows OS boot from hard drive. Thank you for your help
