Many thanks for this demo. Having had problems with Garritan Personal Orchestra 5 with Sibelius Ultimate, I am convinced that I must purchase this amazing sound package.

A very intelligent transcription with a lot of new countermelodic material added to flesh it out in a way that Stokowski did not. I personally perceive the source material differently than you do, and thus would approach this differently, but you convey a very consistent and enjoyable interpretation. However there are some proofreading issues: At 3:55, the last note of the bar should be an Eb, to make a fully-diminished 7th? Skipped a measure going into the D major section. That E against D clash followed by an apparent 3-bar phrase didn't sound weird to you? At 7:53 the countermelody in the lower strings should be D - E - F#G-F#, no? Or was this changed intentionally for harmonic reasons? At 9:14, horn 4 has a concert C natural, presumably a mistake.

Unfortunately, the sound of Note Performer's solo violin is not good. It's an interesting suggestion, so I'll give it a try. It seems like it will take some time.

Is it me or are those initial slurs not playing. Sounds like separate bows. And I know that NotePerformer does slurs. Maybe they are set to not play.

I am inputting each note manually. It takes time, but it's fun.
