Hello teacher! How we can plus the royalty cost to "direct cost" if this royalty is being charged following the finished goods that we sold out. It means that we are being charged the royalty cost = 1% * Sales of goods. Can we record it under selling cost instead of the prime cost? Could you please share more about it? Thank you!
