    hi, should we update our maxes after the second volume? for example we have Competition Squat 3x3 in week 5 we can estimate our new max from that so should we?

      @@doomgronthewitcher6514 during this program i think i built some mass (little) and got leaner, overall i was in the best shape of my life (speaking in terms of looks) which can be seen from training videos during this program. I didnt gain much strength from it tho personally. I will do the program again in the future I recommemd the program

I've been on a bodybuilding split for a long while, but my conditioning and strength has been flagging so I've been looking to get in better all around shape while still building mass.     Arching your back is bad form means your lifting to heavy , id drop the weight and increase in small increments over 6 weeks until you get better technique
