hi, should we update our maxes after the second volume? for example we have Competition Squat 3x3 in week 5 we can estimate our new max from that so should we?

I never had to increase them during the cycle tho

Have you experimented with thumbless grip? Could just be the camera angle but your wrists look really bent back a good bit

Hi there, I get this video is quite old by now but if you see this comment, can I ask: Did you see a good size increase? Do you think it built mass? Or is it just a strength program?
@@doomgronthewitcher6514 during this program i think i built some mass (little) and got leaner, overall i was in the best shape of my life (speaking in terms of looks) which can be seen from training videos during this program. I didnt gain much strength from it tho personally. I will do the program again in the future I recommemd the program
@whynotsquat8315 Thanks for getting back so quickly man. I've been on a bodybuilding split for a long while, but my conditioning and strength has been flagging so I've been looking to get in better all around shape while still building mass. What's your opinion on the lack of any direct Bicep work?
@@doomgronthewitcher6514 my opinion doesnt matter. Brian doesnt like it so he doesnt put it in his programs. U can do them if u want. Mine dont grow regardless if i do them or not 😂

Well if you have the time, do the longer version. 8 week version is just 16 week version "in a hurry"

Arching your back is bad form means your lifting to heavy , id drop the weight and increase in small increments over 6 weeks until you get better technique

No, mon tue thur friday is a common split (rest on wednesday) OR Mon wed fri saturday (rest on tueaday and thursday)
