Thank you for both the tutorial videos! But how to save the arranged microscopic image tiles as a HIGH-RESOLUTION TIFF image? What options to check? I selected 'None compression, 24-bit color format, resolution, and size the same as screen. Still, after saving the image and zooming in, it starts blurring early. Kindly help me.

It's just a ratio cus measuring unit in visio the measurement is set by the page size. So he corrected the measured lenth in visio by a factor (cross-multiplication).
