Thank you for the video. At least in the version I received in August 2022 the black screws used to mount the fan work differently than shown here. They have a slot running part of the up the length of the screw and after sliding them into place (pretty much as shown ruclips.net/video/GwKbC7x1sYc/видео.html) you give them a firm push and the bottom end of the screw splays out to hold the fan in place. In the version shown in the video, as far as I can tell, the same effect is achieved by pushing a secondary piece down the length of the longer screw, this is no longer done.

fans are not silent, both made noise one buzzed loudly..
