By not using plastic guards (can hand make by using plastic from a milk jug) on the pry tool, you have scratched the paint pulling the tire off the rim. Easy enough to avoid. It's also better to work the tire on a piece of carpet or protective surface, not the driveway, as the driveway will also scratch the rim a bit.

Never saw you do the other(Driver) side? Looks like a lot of stuff in the way, just to get the valve cover off.

Place tires on a couple of chunks of 4x4 or something similar. That way you dont risk warping the brake disc.

All that electrical plumbing and there's a fuel issue...😅

May want to pick up a simple tire changer from Harbor Freight and a bubble balancer. You will appreciate the mechanical advantage of the machine since you've now done it manually. Several vids here on YT for mods and better mounting options for that manual machine.

Really nice video I like how you explain everything especially how not to make the job more difficult by breaking the glow plug when taking it out (easy does it) I have a 96 t44e 4700 International change all the glow plugs it worked fine for about 10 months until I had to change one injector that was bad since that the glow plugs don't seem to work anymore didn't have to really touch the glow plugs to change that injector now I have a hard time starting in cold weather still can't figure it out.. keep up the good work can always learn something from these videos.

Hi you two, I'm 63yrs now but in the long distant past spent 3 years building our home on wheels, then spent 7yrs + living and travelling around Europe, what an adventure that was lots of highs and to be expected some lows but would not have changed it for the world. You look like your doing a great job and l wish you both all the best. Best advice l can give you is try to travel slowly and always work on the safe side, never take risks that could end your dream but most of all take every day as it comes and make memories, lots of them. I know you went with the 900FH but why not for only $20 more run the 1000FH that has filters twice the size? I love you're setup and I definitely will be investing into something that can clean some WMO. Have you learned anything new about this setup you'd do different? I have an old 87 diesel i'd like to mix this in to cut some costs. Thoughts?

Might be an issue. cause tank is not sitting flush in the cradle, the cradle can wear and cause a leak. usually there be a rubber isolator to separate tank from rest of the mount. and There are tank straps that should be used. Might be easier to grab a legit tank mount from a wrecker, so it has all the features you looking for.

Jeremy says you probably need to use fuel tank bands instead of ratchet straps. Love the sock monkey hat!
