I have an existing patio cover but want to insulate it or replace it, does your kit allow for that and is it insulated?
Well, it really is if you have an existing slab, otherwise you need to pour one and don’t forget the grade to allow water to run off when it rains.
The master sheets shows the Lagers /Headers are set at 16”OC but the video is showing 12”. Thought you may want to correct that. If someone installs by the video it will be wrong and the first storm will rip it off. I live on the South Coast in Texas, what’s the Hurricane Rating on this?

the roof panels are high density foam 3" with 0.024" aluminum skins. the structural poles are 1/8" thick walls

Miami Dade 178 mph H but also depends where your are doing the install you may need a site specific engineering.

This is a brilliant video. It shows every step clearly and concisely and is made really easy. I abhor those ones where the presenter loves the sound of their own voice (usually some put-on gimmicky voice telling us all about themselves).

I have a Question for (step 14. Seal the roof and joints.) Can the roof actually hold a 200 LB person to seal where the House wall and the roof join? If not. How do you get it done when the Patio cover is at least 12 feet?
